The transfusion line system CM-PF-01 is a consumable element of the apparatus "Gemma", is a single use product, sterile, pyrogen-free. The system is Design and maintenanceed for collection blood from the patient (donor), for transporting it with transfusion fluids to membrane plasma filter, for plasma drainage from membrane plasma filter and for returning concentrated red blood cells to the patient (donor) during the procedures of plasmapheresis.
The apparatus and the universal circuit line allow to perform the procedures of plasmapheresis using one-needle or two-needle schemas.

Apparatus "Gemma" could work using as a one-needle scheme (withdrawal and reinfusion of the blood in the same vein of the patient), and a two-needle scheme (blood withdrawal from one vein and reinfusion - into another vein). The same line system could be used when using the device as in one-needle and in two-needle schema.
